Our real-life Wonderpunkers and our Wonder Intelligence system craft the first draft together. Age-perfect language, proper narrative structure, wonder baked in. Who writes the letters?+
It’s a collaboration. You share the personal details. The kid’s world, your memories, the things that make them laugh. Our Wonderpunkers (real humans who love what they do) and our Wonder Intelligence work together to craft the first draft. Age-perfect language, proper story structure, baked with everything you shared. Then you review, tweak, and add your own personal touches. Your voice. Their wonder. Takes about 5 minutes.
How personalised is it really?+
Very. You tell us the kid’s name, age, interests, family pet’s name, favourite colour, what makes them laugh. Our Wonder Intelligence weaves all of it into every letter. "Remember when we found that shell at the beach? Well, the fairies found it too..."
What ages is this for?+
3–6 years old. Old enough to be read to and lose their mind with excitement. Young enough to still believe in magic.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel whenever you want. But we bet you won’t. The kid will ask about their next letter every single day.
Does the parent know the letters are coming?+
Yes. The parent or guardian gets a heads-up before each letter arrives, so there are no surprises in the letterbox. They’re in the loop, always.

Can I buy this as a gift?+
Absolutely. Gift subscriptions come in 3, 6, and 12 month packs. You set it up, add the kid’s details, and the letters start arriving. The best gift they’ll get all year.
How do you handle my child’s privacy?+
Very seriously. We only ask for a child’s first name, age bracket, and interests. Never a surname, photo, or birthdate. The parent or guardian must verify and provide the mailing address before any letters are sent. Child data is encrypted, never shared, and automatically deleted when a subscription ends. Privacy by design, not an afterthought.
